I am Magda Dembińska, and for nearly 20 years I have been working with companies that want to make better business decisions in a world of increasing regulatory pressure, investor expectations, and changing market dynamics.
I built my experience by developing ESG from its early stages in Poland—starting at PwC (as part of one of the first ESG teams), then spending nearly 15 years at Deloitte, and delivering projects for companies such as Tauron. Today, I support executive boards, private equity funds, and ESG leaders in translating complex challenges into concrete business decisions.
I don’t do ESG “for ESG’s sake.” I work where it directly impacts strategy, financial performance, risk, and competitive advantage.
Bullseye Consulting is my advisory space—built around partnership, close collaboration with leadership teams, and real business impact. Depending on the project, I also collaborate with experienced experts in law, communications, and ESG data.
